Pricing & Shipping
❥ All the items in this shop are available as PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
❥ Production (and subsequent shipping) will not occur until after the pre-order period closes. This process might be subject to delay. For important updates follow our official Twitter and Instagram accounts.
❥ Digital items will be distributed at the same time as physical items.
❥ For purchases outside the USA, we recommend including a phone number.
❥ By purchasing To Lovers pre-order items, you will be helping cover production costs as well as supporting the organizers in compensating contributors with a physical bundle and, where possible, a small profit share.
Refunds & Returns
❥ To Lovers is not responsible for damage or delays in transit or for lost or stolen packages. Shipping insurance is not included.
❥ We will not issue a refund if you provided a misspelled address/name and did not receive your order as a result.
❥ Once you have received your tracking number and your order has shipped, we will not be able to refund your purchase.
❥ Buyers are responsible for any import fees on their orders, such as TAX, duties, etc.
❥ We can only issue a refund if:
- Your order is incomplete.
- We misspelled your shipping address or name and you didn't receive your order.
- You received damaged goods due to a packaging error.
If you are unable to provide proof, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
